Ahmet has been in the Oil and Gas Industry for almost 20 years with hands on experience with Storage Tank inspection, maintenance, repair and construction QA/QC.

He has worked for TOTAL OIL Turkey as Maintenance and Inspection Manager and Tank Farm Superintendent for Turkish Petroleum Refineries.

He has founded Tank Training Services in 2016 where he continuously delivers Training Courses and consultation. He also has a long term business agreement with Worldwide Tank Services of Australia, to deliver API-ICP pre-exam courses.

Upon his graduation from Petroleum Engineering in 1979, he worked in the oil fields for exploration and production; Drilling Engineer for TPAO and drilling consultant for international corporations.

After returning to Turkey in 2003, he joined TOTAL OIL TURKEY where he served as Haramidere and Terminal Managers and General Manager of SADAS (joint venture of SHELL-TOTAL) later.

Since 2017, Engin has been providing training and consultancy services to various organizations.

Kadir has been a veteran Refineryman for more than 30 years, working as process lead engineer, unit manager and HSEQ manager.

He has vast amount of experience on HAZOP, Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis and Permit to Work System in the Refinery environment.

He has been delivering Technical Training and Operations Management courses in-house for the refinery operators and upon his retirement as a freelance trainer.
